The median income for each family size for a Debtor (or married Debtors) to qualify for a Chapter 7 New Jersey Bankruptcy Case for cases filed on or after November 1, 2019 is as follows:

Family Size of 1:  $68,464

Family Size of 2:  $82,249

Family Size of 3:  $104,752

Family Size of 4:  $128,994
