The U.S. Trustee Program has posted the means test figures that are to be used for filings on and after November 1. New Jersey Median income figures are there and can be reviewed for comparison for qualification for Chapter 7 New Jersey Bankruptcy cases or for length of Plan calculations in Chapter 13 New Jersey Bankruptcy cases.
