For your convenience, accounts on file can be charged either as a one time payment on request or automatically each month upon the due date.

I understand and acknowledge that Gillman Capone, cannot accept payments via credit card for attorney’s fees from a client who intends to list such payment of fees on a credit card as a debt in a bankruptcy proceeding. This charge is not for any payment of fees on such card or not for such a proceeding.

Payment to Gillman Capone, LLC, does not create an attorney-client relationship. In order to enter into such an agreement, you must enter into a written retainer agreement.
